Two journalists working for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) are said to have been detained in the Cameroon's southwestern peninsula of Bakassi, a BBC worker said Tuesday.
Farouk Chochia, a producer at the English service of the London-based radio network, and Ange Ngu, a BBC collaborator living in the economic centre of Douala, were being held in the seaside city of Limbe, said Herve Yonkeu, a BBC correspondent in the country.
